Client Responsibility of Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the Client to read and understand these terms and conditions and discuss with AMG Kitchens should concerns arise. Once any payment has been made and the Client has signed acceptance of a product, it is deemed that the Client has read and agrees to all these terms and conditions in full .
Our Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions form a contractual agreement between AMG Kitchens and “Client name” listed in the quotation or invoice, referring to the Agreement henceforth in these terms. On the payment of the deposit or invoice, the Client and AMG Kitchens agree to all terms as stated within these conditions. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with Queensland and Australian laws.
The Client agrees to allow AMG Kitchens to take photography of their product for use of their marketing services. These services may include photography on website, social media platforms, or for display for future customers. Any photography taken by AMG Kitchens will only be used for marketing/media purposes.
Please consider the terms of payment within your quote or invoice. Each project will have terms of payment disclosed on their invoice, suitable to the particular job. Once a job is in progress, the Client agrees to adhere to these payment terms. In the event of difficulty paying upon the disclosed payment terms, or have a concern with any items within an invoice, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to resolve any issues you may have. We reserve the right to stop work if you fail to make any payment when and as it falls due.
AMG Kitchens reserves the right to immediately terminate the Agreement with the Client should they be in breach of any of the Agreement terms listed. The Client may terminate the Agreement with the Company should AMG Kitchens be in breach of any of the Agreement terms listed. Once all invoices are paid, all materials created for the Client as part of the project will be released to the Client in full. These materials will be in whatever state they were at the time of the termination of the agreement and may not be complete.
The Client may terminate their agreement with AMG Kitchens at any time, providing 30 days written notice of termination. AMG Kitchens has the right to bill for work completed through to the date of the agreement termination request, while reserving all rights under this Agreement. If additional payment is due, this shall be payable within thirty days of the Client’s written notification to stop work. The Client shall assume responsibility for payment of legal fees necessitated by any default in payment.
Deposits will not be refunded in the event of Agreement termination.
AMG Kitchens reserves the right to assign other business, contractors or service providers to assist with a project to ensure quality and on-time completion. This includes suppliers such as electrical, plumbing, stone tops, etc. This can be done without informing or obtaining authorisation from the Client.
On final payment of the project total cost, a two week warranty period will begin the following day. Within this two week period, fixes and minor changes within the Scope of Works may be passed to AMG Kitchens for evaluation and resolution. The Client may request reviews of necessary warranty changes prior to final payment, upon discussions with AMG Kitchens.

No charge will be passed on to the Client for this work unless deemed to fall outside of the Scope of Works, where upon a quotation for the work will be provided to the Client prior to commencing any projects.
All Intellectual Property rights provided to the client are reserved to AMG Kitchens, including such imagery as sketches, drawings and designs. These works are not to be shared with other companies for use of job completion, of which the Client agrees to.
AMG Kitchens business hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
AMG Kitchens reserves the right to refuse any out-of-hours work requested by the client, regardless of notice given. Whilst AMG Kitchens may provide a negotiated service to operate outside of these business times for urgent request, this is not part of our general service range, so please plan your projects accordingly. In the event that a Client project requires work out-of-hours we reserve the right to charge double the hourly rate to cover staff expenses, subject to prior approval by the Client.
The Client is accountable for providing all materials necessary for job completion on time when there is a deadline. If unable to provide materials on time, it is the Clients responsibility to advise AMG Kitchens of any delays and negotiate any possible impacts to timeframes. The Client understands that this may delay their project and new delivery dates may be required.
